　　釋義：affiliate是法律英語的常見單詞之一，意思是關聯方，關聯公司，也可以associate或connected person表示。如“Affiliate” means any person or company that directly or indirectly controls a Party or is directly or indirectly controlled by a Party，including a Party's parent or subsidiary, or is under direct or indirect common control with such Party.“關聯公司”指直接或間接控制一方(包括其母公司或子公司)或受一方直接或間接控制，或與該方共同受直接或間接控制的任何人或公司。

　　釋義：agent也是法律英語中常見單詞之一，意思是代理人，代理商，通常指商業(yè)代理，如果指非商業(yè)性質的代理，如替別人出席會議等，則可用proxy。
